All ArthroMD+ orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays. Orders received after 12:00 PM ET are processed on the next business day.
After dispatch, standard delivery timelines are as follows:
Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Orders over CAD $75 qualify for free shipping within Canada.

Upon shipment, a tracking link and reference number will be emailed to you to follow your order's progress in real-time.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details. Delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses are not covered. Re-shipping fees may apply if an item is returned to sender.
Missed deliveries or undeliverable packages will be held or returned to us. We will notify you with options for redelivery, which may include an additional shipping fee.
If your shipment is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. ArthroMD+ is not liable for items lost or stolen after confirmation of delivery.
All ArthroMD+ orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. Product information will not be visible externally.
