Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their ArthroMD+ Canada order. Items must remain sealed, unused, and in original packaging. More details are available in our Terms of Service.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Attach photos if applicable. Instructions will follow upon review.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Conditions include:
Notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or faulty product. We will issue a replacement or full refund. See our Shipping Policy for delivery expectations.
We only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your ArthroMD+ joint support product, please reach out with your details.
If your refund hasn’t appeared, please check with your financial institution first. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.
